Proper planning and due diligence are paramount for project success. We develop a strategic plan to achieve project goals. We collaborate with architecture, interior, engineering and landscape teams to establish realistic budgets and schedules. We also provide detailed cost estimates and value engineering suggestions. A comprehensive scope of work is developed to ensure accurate bids and estimates. We identify long lead-time materials and efficiently manage purchase orders.
During construction, our team maintains daily onsite operations including quality control, jobsite cleanliness and organization, safety procedures, project scheduling and inspections. We provide consistent communication through our online client portal and during weekly onsite progress meetings. Our accounting department is responsible for cost control, managing escrow funds and providing clear and transparent invoices.
